Michael Nadler, CPA, CFP®

Firm founder and President, Michael heads the investment advisory, personal financial planning and wealth management services of Nadler Financial Group. Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has obtained the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to founding Nadler Financial Group he was Director of Financial Services for Waterstone Financial Group, a regional investment firm. He began his career as a tax accountant with Price Waterhouse after graduating with high honors from the University of Illinois-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He received his professional education in financial planning from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Rebecca Raff, CFP®

Rebecca joined Nadler Financial Group, Inc. in 2011 and became a shareholder in 2021.  She is a two-time Five Star Wealth Manager award winner and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.  Two areas of significant interest for Rebecca include charitable planning and retirement planning for small business owners. She also helps advise many of the firm’s 401(k) plan clients and enjoys providing investment and 401(k) plan education to plan participants. Additionally, Rebecca dedicates much of her time to internal firm operations as a member of the firm’s Management Team and the Director of Financial Planning.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Rebecca gained several years of experience in the financial markets working at a firm that specialized in trading equity options. Rebecca is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and completed the financial planning coursework through Northwestern University’s School of Continuing Studies. Rebecca graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics. Rebecca is also a proud member of the Israel Cancer Research Fund (ICRF) Chicago Board, and enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and young daughters.

Meg (Kamberis) DiGiulio

Meg brings over 25 years of experience managing people and business operations to Nadler Financial Group. Prior to joining the firm in early 2019, she managed Human Resources and Administration for a mid-sized wealth management firm in the Chicago area. Meg began her career managing condominium buildings on Chicago’s Gold Coast, and her varied experience includes management of a computer consulting firm and business management at a retail pet boutique. She also enjoyed time as a teacher, specializing in early childhood education. Meg is passionate about employee development and creating an unparalleled team culture. Building upon the solid foundation in place at NFG, and with the goal of ensuring that the NFG team is consistently able to provide outstanding client service, Meg is excited to be part of the firm’s leadership team.

Will Clark, CFP®

Will joined Nadler Financial Group in 2023. His desire to educate and to provide peace of mind to clients were motivating factors that led to a career change into the financial services industry. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and gained valuable experience working for an independent RIA. Previously, Will graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and became a CPA. His background in public accounting led to over 20 years of experience working in financial management positions for operator-owned businesses. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, cooking, golfing, and music.

Alan Chambers, CPA

Alan joined Nadler Financial Group in 2021. Prior to joining the firm Alan spent the previous 13 years at Guggenheim Partners and Ernst and Young, as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specializing in tax planning and compliance for financial institutions. Alan graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting. Alan also obtained his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing recreational sports.

Nancy Fehrenbach, CFA®, CFP®

Nancy Fehrenbach joined Nadler Financial Group in 2025 as a Wealth Manager. She has served individuals and families as a Financial Planner and Wealth Manager for over 8 years. Nancy seeks to help clients make intentional decisions about their money and their time to reach their goals. Focusing on what is most important to her clients, Nancy provides peace of mind that they understand their financial plan and that it is structured to allow them to reach their unique goals.

Nancy, a Wharton Business School graduate, started her career as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager for pension and insurance company funds and earned the Certified Financial Analyst designation. While taking time to raise a family and serve her community, Nancy realized she wanted to see how what she did impacted individuals and families more directly, so she studied for the Certified Financial Planner designation which she now holds.

Nancy, an active member of her church, lives in Northbrook with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four adult children and taking advantage of all Lake Michigan has to offer.

Greg Foss, AIF®

Greg joined Nadler Financial Group in 2018 with over 14 years of experience working with qualified retirement plans. Greg’s previous experience includes auditing benefit plans working for Ernst & Young, working as a recordkeeper for several 401(k) and 403(b) plans, and most recently acting as a 401(k) plan educator for participants of a multiple employer plan. Greg graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in finance and obtained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist ® (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a highly respected credential in the benefits industry. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Tim Hattendorf, QPA

Tim joined Nadler Financial in 2023 and has worked in the retirement plan industry for over twenty-five years.  He graduated from DePaul University, receiving an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.  Tim has earned a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, a national organization for career retirement plan professionals.  “Ride it like you stole it” is the title of a medallion Tim has on his Harley motorcycle.  But that’s about the extent of Tim’s wild side.  He enjoys riding his motorcycle, family get-togethers, watching reality shows with his daughter, and taking his dog “Lola” to the dog park.

Sherene Meier, CPA

Sherene Meier joined Nadler Financial Group in 2025, bringing extensive experience from a career in public accounting. She began her career in audit and accounting, serving as a Director at RSM McGladrey, where she managed audit engagements for clients in manufacturing and distribution industries and developed a specialty in employee benefit plan audits. She later expanded her expertise into tax planning, estate planning and advising high net-worth individuals with complex and multistate tax matters at boutique CPA firms.

As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Sherene brings a depth of technical knowledge and a client-focused perspective to the firm. Her transition into wealth management was inspired by her desire to build deeper, long-term relationships with clients and to help clients achieving their long-term financial goals. Outside of work, she enjoys exercise, college sports, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and four kids.

Eric Miller, CFP®

Eric joined Nadler Financial Group at the end of 2022 after moving to Chicago from his small hometown in the western part of Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked for a financial advising firm in Davenport, IA. He graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA with a degree in economics and business. Eric also enjoyed his time on the Coe College basketball team. Eric’s life-long passion for solving puzzles, building meaningful relationships with others, and his keen interest in finance led him to pursue a career in financial planning. Eric loves finding solutions to help people reach their goals and he is very excited to have the opportunity to do just that at Nadler Financial Group. During his free time, Eric can be found playing basketball and working out. He also likes to remain active by exploring Chicago, international travel (Brazil is a favorite spot), and spending time with family and friends.
