Rachelle Palmer

Director of Data Management and Systems Engagement

Rachelle Palmer joined Nadler Financial Group in 2014 - and in that time, she has held nearly every operational role the firm has. She joined as a Financial Planning Assistant, moved through Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, served as Director of Technology and Systems, and now leads the firm’s data management and systems function. That progression isn’t just a career history; it’s a deep, firsthand understanding of how every part of the firm connects.

In her current role, Rachelle oversees the integrity and functionality of the firm’s portfolio management and reporting systems, supports workflow optimization, and works closely with advisors and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure that data is accurate and consistent across the organization. She also assists with firmwide client service reporting and manages vendor and project initiatives that keep the firm’s systems running smoothly and positioned for growth.

What sets Rachelle apart is the way she thinks about the work. Rather than solving problems in isolation, she looks at how data, systems, processes, and people all interact - and builds solutions that are both practical in the moment and scalable over time. She has a particular appreciation for the fact that even small operational changes can ripple across teams and ultimately affect the client experience, which keeps her focused on getting the details right.

Her path into financial services started simply - she helped an advisor with administrative and office tasks while also nannying for the same family, then worked for a small RIA where she did a little bit of everything. That early experience gave her a foundation in the day-to-day realities of running an advisory business and sparked a genuine interest in finding better ways to support both the people doing the work and the clients being served.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Art from Appalachian State University.

Outside of work, Rachelle spends her time with her husband, their young daughter, and two rescue dogs. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, bake, enjoy one of her favorite podcasts, and spend time outside - and while the hiking in the Chicago area doesn’t quite compare to growing up in North Carolina, she makes the most of it.
