Michelle Weiner
Michelle Weiner joined Nadler Financial Group in 2010 looking for a part-time administrative role with enough flexibility to be present for her kids while they were growing up. Fifteen years later, she is a full-time fixture of the firm - and the range of what she does reflects just how much she has grown alongside it.
Michelle is often the first person a client encounters at Nadler Financial Group, whether by phone or walking through the door. That first impression matters, and she takes it seriously. Beyond her client-facing responsibilities, she supports the team and leadership with administrative work, handles compliance tasks, manages electronic data maintenance, and keeps the systems and records that the firm depends on running accurately and up to date.
What makes Michelle’s background particularly well-suited to this role is a career that began in a very different field. Before joining NFG, she worked as a School Psychologist for Woodland District 50 - a role that required patience, attentiveness, and the ability to put people at ease in moments that mattered. Those instincts translate naturally into a client-service environment where people are often navigating important, sometimes stressful financial decisions. She also brings prior experience as an Administrative Assistant at Rivkin, Rivkin & Kaplan LLC.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to restaurants, the theater, art fairs, and concerts, and being outside whenever the weather cooperates. She has a well-documented appreciation for chocolate and online shopping, and while she has no pets of her own, she is an enthusiastic admirer of everyone else’s.
