Laura Scholl

Operations Manager

For Laura Scholl, the appeal of wealth management has always been the combination: the intellectual rigor of finance and the very human satisfaction of helping someone navigate it well.

Laura began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick, building a rigorous foundation in accounting and financial analysis. From there she moved into real estate as an Accounting Manager in Asset Management at Prudential Realty Group, then took a meaningful detour into education as a Student Services Grant Writer for Glenview School District 34 - a role that required precision, persuasion, and genuine care for the people being served. Before joining Nadler Financial Group, she served as Operations Manager at Wayne Messmer & Associates, a financial planning firm, where she developed a direct understanding of what it takes to run a client-centered advisory practice well.

At Nadler Financial Group, Laura works as an Operations Manager focused on one thing above all: making sure every client feels genuinely taken care of. She sees clients through all phases of account administration, works to resolve situations promptly and efficiently, and brings the kind of steady, knowledgeable presence that makes complex financial processes feel manageable. What draws her to this work is the combination of intellectual engagement and human connection and the chance to apply her background in finance in service of real people working toward real goals.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University, and previously held a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Outside of work, Laura volunteers at Shriners Children's Hospital Chicago and enjoys golf, pickleball, and gardening. She is a devoted fan of Chicago sports teams across the board and happily pursues all of the above with her husband, son, and daughter.
