Julie DeCicco has spent more than 15 years making sure clients feel taken care of - and she has built a career on the belief that how a firm handles the details says everything about how much it values the people it serves.

Throughout her career in financial services, Julie has worked alongside financial advisors and wealth managers, managing account needs, processing transactions, and handling the full range of client service and administrative work that keeps a practice running smoothly. She has seen firsthand how much clear communication, genuine responsiveness, and attention to detail mean to clients who are trusting a firm with their financial lives - and she takes that responsibility seriously in every interaction.

At Nadler Financial Group, Julie supports the wealth management team with day-to-day operations and client needs, assists with account maintenance and documentation, and helps ensure that every client experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible. She is the kind of person clients can count on to follow through, find answers, and make complex processes feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

Julie holds an Associate of Applied Science from Triton College.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her children and her toy Goldendoodle, stays active with Pilates, and loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises.
