Colleen Casper has spent more than two decades working with qualified retirement plans - and she has done it from virtually every angle the industry offers.

Over the course of her career, Colleen has served in roles spanning relationship management, plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance testing, Form 5500 filings, plan implementations, and audit - holding titles including VP/Manager, VP of Compliance and Risk Coordinator, and Implementation Consultant. That depth of experience means she doesn’t just understand retirement plans in concept. She understands how they are built, how they are managed, how they can go wrong, and what it takes to keep them running well for both the employers who sponsor them and the employees who depend on them. Over time, her role evolved to include wealth management responsibilities as well, broadening her perspective across the full range of services the firm provides.

At Nadler Financial Group, Colleen serves as Director of Operations, overseeing the operations managers and administrative team and working closely with the firm’s 401(k) clients. She brings to that role the same steady, knowledgeable presence she has brought to every position in her career - someone who has seen enough to know how to handle whatever comes next and experienced enough to do it well.

Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Roosevelt University.

Outside of work, Colleen is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers her time to support it. She is a devoted fan of the Bulls, Blackhawks, and White Sox, and loves spending time with her family - especially her great nieces and nephews.
