Samantha Trevino is the person who makes sure Nadler Financial Group runs smoothly every single day - and she brings a level of warmth and reliability to that role that the entire team and its clients feel.

As Office Assistant, Samantha keeps the office organized, stocked, and welcoming, handles mail distribution, schedules meetings and events, and makes sure that the everyday details that keep a firm functioning are never overlooked - including remembering the birthdays and milestones that make clients feel known and appreciated. She thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike and where being genuinely helpful to whoever needs it is the job.

Samantha’s path to NFG is anything but conventional. She has worked in office administration for a condominium management company, handled e-commerce operations at Dick’s Sporting Goods, worked as an insurance claims specialist and roof inspector at Zag’s Roofing, and spent time bartending at Dave & Buster’s. What that range of experience gave her is adaptability, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a genuine ease with people across all kinds of settings. She is also a Certified Notary Public.

Outside of work, Samantha is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers regularly at her local shelter serving dinner to residents, participates in local park clean-ups and community events, and helps organize her family church’s annual fundraiser - where she is the person in charge of assembling the Spam Masubi. In her free time, she makes art, including clothing, jewelry, and paintings, loves live music and concerts, and enjoys being outdoors and traveling with friends and family.
