Matt Parrish
Matt Parrish has worked within the Registered Investment Advisory industry for most of his career, focusing on the specific operational and regulatory environment that financial services technology must support. That combination of technical depth and industry context is what makes him particularly well-suited to the work he does at Nadler Financial Group.
Before joining NFG, Matt built a track record of meaningful technology transformation across several RIAs. At Balasa Dinverno Foltz, he managed third-party support operations and helped the firm evolved and navigate the ever-changing technology landscape. At Corient - formerly BDF - he authored information security policies and managed Help Desk, NOC, and SOC operations firm-wide. As a Technical Project Manager at Corient, he led a post-merger systems integration across eight legacy companies, including an enterprise Salesforce migration that consolidated 28 separate office CRMs into a single platform while building its employee onboarding program, reducing onboarding time from ten business days to two.
Most recently, he oversaw full-scope IT operations for a regulated shared family office, managing vendor relationships, SOC compliance reporting, and security policy implementation across the organization.
At Nadler Financial Group, Matt serves as the principal on-site technology resource for staff and leadership - maintaining, analyzing, and implementing the information systems that keep the firm running reliably and securely while helping improve scalability. He partners closely with the Director of Data Management and Systems Engagement, manages vendor relationships, supports system migrations and upgrades, and ensures that every technology decision maps back to a real operational or client outcome. His philosophy is straightforward: technology should be an accelerator for the business, not a bottleneck. The gap between “it works” and “it works reliably, securely, and at scale” is exactly where he focuses his energy.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning and Counseling from Purdue University and holds relevant certifications such as the CompTIA Security+ and ITIL v4 Foundation
A Chicago native now living in the suburbs, Matt is a proud new parent to his daughter. He is a self-described technology nerd who loves learning and tinkering with tech across all aspects of life. When he has time, he spends time with his family and friends. He has a green thumb and finds genuine satisfaction in outdoor work, landscaping, and lawn and garden maintenance.
