Greg Foss AIF®, CEBS

Director of Retirement Plan Services

Greg Foss has spent his career looking at corporate retirement plans from every angle - and that perspective is exactly what makes him valuable to the companies he serves today.

Before joining Nadler Financial Group, Greg worked as a benefit plan auditor at Ernst & Young, a 401(k) plan recordkeeper at Lincoln Retirement, and a plan administrator for the multiple employer 401(k) plan of a professional employer organization. That combination of experience - audit, operations, and plan administration - gives him a ground-level understanding of how retirement plans work, where they break down, and what plan sponsors need to do to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities with confidence.

As Director of Retirement Plan Services, Greg works with companies to monitor retirement plan investments, help plan sponsors navigate their fiduciary obligations, and - perhaps most importantly - educate employees about why saving for retirement matters and how to get started. His driving goal is simple: remove every barrier between a person and the decision to start saving. Retirement planning can feel complicated and overwhelming, and Greg believes that simplifying those decisions is one of the most meaningful things he can do for the people he works with.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and carries two specialized designations in the retirement plan space - the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Outside of work, Greg volunteers with AYSO, loves to travel, and enjoys spending time with family.
