Cindy Schulze

Senior Wealth Manager

Cindy Schulze brings a perspective to wealth management that most advisors simply don’t have. Before joining Nadler Financial Group, Cindy spent nearly two decades as a CPA. She helped individuals and small business owners with their accounting tax compliance, and tax planning needs at several boutique firms - Kessler Orlean Silver, Johnson Goldberg & Brown, and FSB & W. That background shapes how she works with clients today to understand the full financial picture, not just the investment side. She brings a level of tax awareness to planning conversations that makes a genuine difference.

As a Senior Wealth Manager, Cindy meets regularly with clients to review their portfolios and work through the financial planning questions that matter most to them such as – how much do I need to save for my child’s education, can I retire and fund the life I want for as long as I live, what distribution option should I select for a pension or annuity, which type of accounts should I use, and everything in between. She also serves on the firm’s Financial Planning Committee, researching complex planning topics and helping the broader team stay sharp on the issues affecting clients.

What drives Cindy is straightforward: she wants every client to feel like her only client. To feel understood, remembered, and confident that someone is genuinely looking out for their best interests - not just a number on a spreadsheet. She believes that the more people understand about their own financial picture, the more confidence they can have about their future.

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Outside of work, Cindy lives in Glenview with her husband, Dave. She enjoys spending time with family, visiting her daughter in Cleveland and son in Milwaukee, biking, traveling, and reading.
