Meg Di Giulio
Meg Di Giulio believes when the people on a team feel seen, supported, and set up to grow, the clients they serve feel it too. That conviction has shaped every role she’s held, and it’s at the heart of what she does at Nadler Financial Group today.
Meg joined the firm in January 2019 as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of HR, became COO in 2021, and was invited to become a Shareholder in 2024. In her role, she oversees the full breadth of the firm’s operations - day-to-day business management, compliance, risk, marketing, HR, IT, strategic planning, and relationships with key partners including Schwab. She’s also the person most responsible for the culture that makes Nadler Financial Group the kind of place clients trust and employees want to stay. Building an environment where people can do their best work isn’t a side project for Meg, it’s how she defines success in her role.
Before joining the financial services industry in 2013 at a respected independent wealth management firm, Meg built a career across operations and management roles in a range of fields, including real estate, education, retail, and technology. That breadth of experience gives her a practical, grounded approach to running a business and a genuine appreciation for what it takes to build something that lasts.
Meg holds a Caliper Foundations Certification and a Taking Flight with DISC Certification, both of which inform her approach to team development and hiring.
One of the things that drew Meg to this industry is the belief that most people were never taught to think of money as the tool it is - and that a firm willing to educate and empower clients is doing something genuinely valuable. She also wanted to show her children that you can build a meaningful, successful career by helping others - not in spite of it.
Outside of work, Meg loves antiquing with her husband, spending time with her adult children, and thoroughly spoiling her two dogs.
